This is a high-engagement role and requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about the role.

Responsibilities

  • Be the ‘go-to-person’ in the startup tunnel for all the coworkers. Also strengthen the community by making active connections, organizing regular startup community meetups, etc.
  • Be and out and out extrovert and lead events to execution. Create and manage the local (internal and external) events calendar and ensure a constant flow of events along with active representation of Startup Tunnel.
  • Lead end to end marketing for the startup tunnel, online and offline. Manage outreach channels (social media, monthly newsletters, mailing list, etc) to spread the word about all the startup tunnel’s initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurial networks, media, potential mentors and most importantly investors.
  • Spearhead facility management along with admin team for the incubatees.  
  • Comfortable with writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.
  • Knowledge of Wordpress, Mailchimp and CRM software will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to learn in a fast paced working environment and keep yourself abreast with the know-hows of startup ecosystem.
  • Lead local collaborations for startup tunnel’s events.

 

Requirements:

We are looking for an extremely motivated, social, energetic, persuasive, humble, patient, and hardworking candidate with great communication skills; good written & spoken english.

Prior work experience with startups is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's/ Post Graduate in English, Journalism and Mass Communication/ or MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
